Cancellation Policy

This document highlights what is to be rendered. Client hires 360 Moment Matrix and 360 Moment Matrix agrees to provide entertainment services to Client under the terms and conditions below agreed upon by the parties. 1.0 DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES. Client hereby agrees that 360 Moment Matrix provides Client with 360 photo booth service to be performed at the event with the selected date and time chosen. Set-up of Services. The hire period will be for a set period, as specified in the package selection and as agreed by both parties. In addition, this will cover the 30-45 minute setup time and 30-45 minute pack-down time. Use will commence and finish at the agreed time above. The company will arrive to set up approximately 30-45 minutes before the hire period is due to commence. 2.0 LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY Explicit Liabilities. 360 Moment Matrix shall not accept liability under any circumstances for: Loss of or damage to property belonging to or traveling with the members of any group. (For example, watches, jewelry, cameras, or clothing.) Personal injury or death of any participants however caused, unless by the proven negligence of 360 Moment Matrix. Client emotional distress, mental anguish, punitive damages, consequential damages, lost profits, loss of enjoyment, lost revenues, and/or replacement costs. 3.0 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Copyright. All products created by 360 Moment Matrix are copyright-protected. 360 Moment Matrix may use any products for purposes of advertising, display, website, or for any other reasonable purpose without notification of, released by, or compensation to the Client. 4.0 INSURANCE. 360 Moment Matrix agrees to keep the set-up area under their direct control safe and will maintain a general liability insurance policy. Any additional required insurance by the state, local ordinance, or venue will be the responsibility of the client. Upon availing of the services provided by 360 Moment Matrix, you hereby acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined herein. 5.0 CANCELLATION POLICY/ REFUNDS We understand that plans can change. To accommodate everyone and keep our schedule running smoothly, we have the following cancellation policy: - Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance will receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. - Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a $150 cancellation fee.
